Exercise, the type of thing that I fear and have butterflies the most at school. Depending on your teacher exercise that be; Pretty tiring, sore and a waste of energy.
Exercise involves; running, sprinting or jogging, just the thing that makes you wanna drop down dead on the ground. Would you want to run around the field looking like that? Well, I wouldn't. It's really tiring and you get all sore in your body. You start to get stitches and you can't breathe properly.
In addition to being sore, you will need to use more than 200 muscles in your body, it's a fact. Imagine 20 or 15 minutes of fitness, at the end your whole body feels sore and you get a head-ache. You feel as you don't have enough energy to even walk back to class for morning tea.
To continue, you will need energy for club sports. What if your team mates are all full of energy and are ready to play while you just want to relax with so little energy and all sore that every move hurts. Who doesn't love club sports? My class has always been talking about club sports during sharing circles.
To conclude, our school should not be doing any physical fitness of any kind because of those following reasons.We should all get fat and compete each other in shot put and discus since it has been a challenge for skin and bone students like me!
