It was dark, the ship was quit and the fog covered the pirate ship like a blanket. The moon was bright and lit the ship up, it was magical. Then the boat was filled with someone crying. It was a prisoner named Tuner.
Tuner had light brown hair that covered his dark green eye's. He had prickly beard and a burn on his left hand.His clothes were old, raggedy and had holes on his shirt and pants.
Tuner was a prisoner on the Endive the meanest, most toughest ship in the seven sea's. Turner was trying to steal from Captain Hardest to help pay his families tax's, but just as he was leaving one of the crew cought him and put him in the brig.
Tuner was on the Endive for ten years and longed to be with his family again. That fogy night when everyone was sleeping Tuner took his shirt of and started to use it as hook and just got the keys. He tried all fifteen keys and he started to lose hope as he got to the last key, but as he was turning the last key the cell door opened.
Turner ran as fast as he could to the dingy, let the ropes go and jumped in the boat and whispered " I'm free, I'm finally free". He started to row, he rowed all night and all day, the day's became into week's and then into mouth's. Suddenly the boat started to flood with water.
The boat started to sink, so Turner abandoned the small dingy and took a bit of wood to use as a life raft. Turner was scared that he would never see his family again.
