Turning waste to space By Blake Summerfield

Building a patio is a big job but in the right place it could help with nurmorous possibilities like; a quest space for year 7 and 8, an extra place for work or to play games and hang out. Because the space in front of room 11 and room 14 is just a wasteland. We would like to make it into a courtyard with concrete chairs and tables for people to sit and talk together.

Right now the area is off bounds because they are planting grass but it would be a ice relaxing area if changed. Most kids find that sitting on the wet ground in the courtyard surrounded by little kids is not idea. The area would provide the students with entreatment and relaxation.

During inquiry we have had problems with limited space so we have to move people onto the mat or outside. This area would provide an extra space for learning and make it easier to relax and stay on track. The fresh air would benefit in the students learning and help them improve.

Just imagine the cost of it all, all for a few concrete tables and ping pong set. You could be able to complete it in about 1 or 2 weeks to the max. The building of it all would be more easier than any other thing on this for us.

This extra area would be a lot of help for future year 7 and 8s therefore it would be a lot of help if you did this for us.
