For my science project i wanted to know what bread molds in the same condition because i was curious to know when my bread thats in the pantry will mold. My 5 samples where; a fruit loaf, grain bread, white toast, wheatmeal and homemade bread. I thought that the home made bread would mold and i was right but also so did the fruit loaf. The science behind it was tha the others didn't mold because it has a special ingredent inside that will make the bread last longer without mold but it also is bad for your body. It can make you fatter.
