The ingredients you need simple to bring, most of them would already be in your pantry. These are the ingredients...
- 2 tbsp olive oil.
- 500 g lean minced beef.
- 1 large onion, finely chopped.
- 4 garlic cloves, crushed.
- 400 g can chopped tomatoes.
- 450g jar or carton tomato passata.
- Good pinch of dried oregano, or to taste.
- 400g spaghetti.
- Grated Parmesan cheese, to serve.
Making the pasta is as easy as pie all though were not making pie so we'd say making pasta is as easy as making pasta. Going back to making Pasta Bolognese. To cook the Mince you will need to:
●Heat a deep frying pan with olive oil.
●Pour in the Mince beef and crumble them. Stir it until the mince is all brown and then add the chopped garlic and onion then add the jar of tomato passata. Stir until 5 minutes or until it is thick. Then put oregano or seasoning.
To make the Pasta you will need to:
●Put the Spaghetti in a pot full of boiling salty water for about what the packet says at the back. Then strain and pour into a big bowl that is big enough for the spaghetti and the Mince.
●Pour the Mince into the bowl and add seasoning if needed.
●Grate the cheese and sprinkle it on the top of the Bolognese.
I had helpful comments when I tried out this dish myself and would like to do it again sometime. Hygiene's are also important in cooking any dish like this. Try this dish and you would want to try it again and again.
