Food tech-By Leslie

We made all sorts of different types of food and learnt all sorts of techniques and skills. The food we made was; Bread, butter, Ice-cream, smoothes, potato gnocchi and 2 types of sauces. We learnt off Jamie Oliver for chopping onions into small piece. We also learnt how to kneed. Kneed is a type of techniques you use to make bread or other types of dough. Also we learnt about what makes stuff raise and grow bigger than it was before. Yeast is what makes the dough or bread raise because the yeast is alive basically just like us. Just like us it will need to be feed some of them are; Air, water, heat and sugar. The air is for so they stay alive. The water is for their drink and finally the sugar is to feed them.

Overall i had a amazing time and learnt some amazing skill but for all of this to happen we'll have to say thank you to mrs Holley for taking this class and teaching us. THANK YOU MRS HOLLEY!
