Why we need exercise?

Exercise is very common throughout the world and is done daily if you want the full effect. It involves exercise machines that allows the fat in your body to burn up like ; weights, treadmills and also self exercise. Without doing exercise or fitness for about a fortnight, more and more fat will grow in you and you'll become bloated.

To start off with, self exercise is a exercise that you don't need to use a machine, only your body. Sit ups and jack knife helps with the chest and thigh, push ups help with the muscles in your arm and burps help with your carve muscles. You can do these any place, any time as you don't need anything ales.

In addition to the last paragraph you don't need to just do self exercise all the time, you could join a fitness club. Fitness clubs are big gyms containing exercise machines that you could just jump on at any given time. But you do have to buy a member ship card before you can enter on your first go. Yet most the time its all filled up.

Last but not least not doing exercise could be fatal. Don't freak out if your fat as you have to be really fat for it to kill you. The more calories that are in your body the bigger you get. To much could squeeze your heart until it gives way. Doing exercise heats up your body burning the calories one by one till you are fit and healthy.

Exercise is the key to a healthier body and if it wasn't discovered humans would be no more. Thats why you have to take care of your body or you would be standing on a motorised vechile, unable to move.
