Why we need exercise

We all need exercise in our lives to keep as strong healthy and fit for activities in the future .

To start with. If you a dreaming of growing a six pack like The Rock. You need to get off your lazy butt and start running to get your body skinny and slim. Eating 5+ a day and drinking lots of water will give you just a little short cut. To grow muscles going down to the gym wont hurt. Start lifting weights to burn some calories and start running on that treadmill as soon as you no it you will have six pack like The Rock in no time.

Eating healthy will give you something back in return. Doing all your hard work in fitness it can expand your lifetime to just a bit longer sometimes if you a lucky enough you can live until you a 100 years old. Because you a so skinny and slim sports might come into mind. Sports such as Rugby Soccer Netball and Volleyball. Because you a so skinny and slim you will be playing the best position for any game. Even Basketball and Netball

I think exercise is a big part in anybody's life. It is really good for your health and like I said you can live up to 100 years old.
