Why we need exercise

We all need exercise to keep fit if we didn't have exercise we wouldn't be able to fit in our chairs we ould be that fat


we need exercise to keep healthy. being healthy is a big part of our lives if we weren't healthy we would probably die at a young age like 25-30 years old. And beside if your fit and you really like sport you will do good at it. 


If you play sport like; rugby, soccer, netball or basketball you will have a lot more fun and you will do good at it. but if your not fit you will get really puffed. And who want's to be slow when you can be as fast as lightning. And you will also loose a lot of body fat.


In conclusion you need exercise to keep fit and healthier you.

  1. Yes Teia, our bodies are designed to move.... and... exercise is not a choice which lots of people today think it is. I agree with you, who wants to be slow when you can be as fast as lightning?!
