Exercise is a method of keeping your body fit and healthy. To acheive this goal, you can also eat lots of fruit and veggies. but today i am talking about exercise.
There are many different types of exercises for different parts of your body. Like for your legs; Burpees,Lunges,Stretches and many other exercises. The go to exercises are push ups and sit ups. You can also stop at the local gymnasium or get your own private physical trainer. You can also have protien shakes, which can help your vitimans process alot more quickly and this helps you gain a balanced and healthy diet, which also adds on to your fitness level.
Daily jogs around the block are an excellent way of keeping your body nice and healthy. Many different people use different techniques. Such as cardiovascular exercises which helps you not get as puffed out, if you run around the block, I think fitness is a a great and healthy way to keep your bones and muscles strong for your future needs. Who knows you could be an olympic athlete or pro-sports athlete. Trust me, it really works.
