The awesome year 7&8 Camp-Jaylen

It all started on the 22nd of october  and everybody was prepared to go to peter snell youth village.Firstly we all loaded our gear onto the bus and then off we went. It was a long journey but we finally arrived at the camp.

Well first off we all got a recognisation of the place and then had morning tea [we brought our own].After all that was our first activity rotation  and everyone was having the greatest day of their lives,then we had lunch after that was the second activity rotation and that was awesome too.After that was the water slide and I hope everyone enjoyed that.It was a great day the next day cause it was a full activity rotation some activities were challenging and some people didn't complete the climbing wall but they never gave up and that is what most people did.The next day was going to snow planet and everyone had a mixture of excitement and nerves.Also it

was very interesting of how some people picked it up quite quickly on their snowboards and skis and for some it took a bit of time but everyone got there in the end. After all that everyone was tired so I think it was a early night.The NEXT day was the best day of all CLEANING DAY HOORAY NOT!!!!.But everyone was suprisingly smiling while they were cleaning up then it was the top class event were everyone participated and had to go from running to playing volleyball to throwing balls at the wickets and frisbies in the net to the inactive coarse to rifles and archery then down the water slide and then a final spelling of our class number sadly the dark side won. But in the end we were all still buddies after we had something to eat loaded the bus and off we went back home.

Well camp was an amazing experience and a great opportunity to everyone who participated in all the activities followed through camp.I hope all the year 7 and 8's enjoyed camp[especallythe year 8's]. :-)
