Warriors update / Rhys

HI GUYS!!!!!!
OMG today was so awesome because the Warriors WASTED the Raiders for their last home game of the season and I was at Mt smart to see it!!!!!!

In the first half the Warriors kicked off with a try from Elijah Taylor which Shaun Johnson converted in the first moments of the game. ( Elijah Taylor had $4 for him to score the first try if that means anything to any one). The raiders fought back with a try to Jarred Crocker which he converted to make the score level in the 18th minute. He caught Warriors again and ran 70 meters to pick up a double. A fast break away left the Raiders defence scattered all over the field. Manu quickly took action and scored to make it 10 - 12. That try was sadly unconverted. 1 minute later Manu scores again after some really lazy defence from the Raiders. The try was converted to make the score 16 - 12. Manu wasn't finished just yet when he scored yet again to put the warriors in front at half time. The score was 20 - 12.

In the second half Shaun Johnson ripped into the Raiders Straight away when he scored to make it 26 - 12. Shaun Johnson showing no mercy when he got the intercept and ran 50 meters to make the score 32 - 12. He was on fire in the first minutes of the second half because he scored again to make the score 38 - 12. Simon Mannering picked up a try as well which boosted the Warriors in to a 32 point lead. Finally from the Warriors Ngani Laumape made it 50 - 12 but the Raider showed a lot of heart when Jarred Crocker scored in the final moments to make the score 50 - 16.

This was a really fun night for me and I managed to get a beanie and a awesome flag out of it so I hope the warriors make the top 8, they are on the verge of making it but it all depends on next week when they face the dragons!!!!

Totara Park for X-Country

Year 8 course

Year 7 course
This is a rough copy of the course we ran. Sadly the course was shortened because the recent raining we've experienced the last bit of the course was to muddy to run in.

Pararimu reminder- Shayle

Well done to us!
Well done to all of the cross country runners!
We all qualified that is awesome.
Remember: The trip to Pararimu is coming up! this will be a very tough run, so at least have a run in the weekend and go somewhere where you can practice running up hills so it will be more easy. Good luck, train hard and have fun!

Beautiful old doll needs a home- Shayle

Beautiful old doll needs a home
This Beautiful doll has been my friend for 12 years, I have adored this doll for all my life since birth. I am extremely upset to let her go, I need to let her go to someone who can look after her well. She is so worth it, And she is not just a doll, she is your best friend for life.

Waking up, seeing her sitting up high on a shelf calling mum to get her down just eager to look after her, being a part of my weekly fun when i was little. I always made sure she was dressed to perfection and hair brushed till silk, looking her in her eyes, seeing her pink flushed cheeks and long beautiful eyelashes. So beautiful anyone could not resist her. As I give her a big teddy bear hug I smell the sent in her hair like fresh linen. Looking after her as being part of my 9 year fun with this adorable buddy, now at 12 I have to give her to another loving home, I don't want her to just be sitting on the shelf. Long brown silky hair, chocolate brown eyes and ruby red cheeks, Unlike any doll your little girl would dream of.

Imagine your little girl sitting in her bedroom playing with this doll, all your worries gone, no more bored child, this will make your little girl look like such a princess, and i'm sure she will be proud. Playing with this doll, all pink and pretty, just having a blast, the words what does any little girl have i don't? any little girl will think that, Staring over her twinkling eyes, oh yea, a cute doll like this will make any little girl do anything for her.

There is to much to explain about this amazing doll, made in about the 1980s just the feeling your heart gets just rising with love, it feels like your in another world, the slightest peek of her just makes you determine to keep her for ever! sometimes you just want to be a little naughty... make other little girls jelious! Your little girl will feel like a mother to her new born baby, wow what a wonder!

This could be your little girl having the time of her life, just call

Thank you Mr fourie, Mr Munro and all the parent helpers for coming along and helping make this day possible.

Good work to every one who went to cross country and I would like to say thank you very much mr. Fourie for preparing all this for us and using your extra time to help us. Thank you.
