Highlights-Finau

The last day of my school years in 2013 was very emotional. On the last 2 days of 2013 we played boards games and a game of ping pong. We watched a movie called "The Impossible" with room 14 at room 8 (very confusing) and had a shared lunch on the last day which happened at Room 8 (Some kids year 7's) were fine but they don't know what will be coming next year, others (year 8's/ Kaitlyn) was taking it seriously which was kind of sad especially for the foundation students. At the end we signed some booklets. There were a few tears which none of us knew were coming. I will never forget the date (18/12/2013) since it is the last day of my primary years and to think of it this is the day I will wear the Reremoana school uniform again!

This has been a couple of fun years in room 14 2012 with Mr Munro (prefered as Mr Funro) and room 11 2013 with Mr Fourie. In all of my years I've never thought of leaving primary school feeling as sad. I have had my times when I've reached my goals this year (2013) which is a good start for high school. I know that I have future goals planned ahead for high school and university. Reremoana School gave me the experience and push that I needed, it is a school that I am lucky to be in. Sometimes in my life before I went to Reremoana school, I wished some things wouldn't happen but know I know know that if those things changed I wouldn't be here (I love time travel)

I now have a supporting family that helps me get that extra boost in my life at high school. Howick will definitely be the high school that I will attend, until I will be at university. They have good education in both academic and co-curricular levels and they also have cool opportunities. Please come and join us in years to come if your looking for a high school.

Thanks 4 giving us fun years Reremoana school and keep streaming, waters to the sea.

Bye Room 11 2013-Finau

LIAM'S SHTUFF

This year was a fantastic year with Mr Fourie. I have spent along time at this school and my last year has definitely been my best. Mr Fourie has been the greatest teacher by far in my life. Any body that has him must realize what he does and gives for his students. There is nothing that I could of done better at this year because I think that I did everything to the best of my ability. But my favourite thing was going to Aucklands three times for cross country and athletics.

THANK YOU

My Final Year!- Kyle

Its been a amazing year this year! my highlights for this year has been camp. It was so much fun at camp. Also getting in to some sports teams was cool and fun. I learnt a lot this year and now because I like learning, I want to learn. So thank you everyone.

Davids High Lows

This year has been amazing in Mr Fourie's class.
My high for the year would be making it into cross country and making it to counties.
My low for this year is not getting a better place in the inter school soccer.
I am really looking forward to being in Mr Fourie's class next year. :)

My Highlights at Reremoana - Mathew

This year at Reremoana I really enjoyed camp because we made many memories and it was also a good experience to do many activities we wouldn't do like air rifles. I learnt many skills at camp from leadership to determination. I tried out for as many teams as I possibly could hoping to make it into every one I joined. The best outdoor experience for me was bike day because we actually could do courses and bike around wattle downs. Good luck for next year to all students moving onto high school and to those continuing Reremoana next year!

Rayaan's Highlights of 2013 !

I really enjoyed this year with my amazing class and teacher. I found all the sports day really enjoyable and competitive but most of all the Football and Athletics. Those were 2 days I can never forget especially because I really think those days I do pretty good in. Overall I found the learning and fitness we do with Mr Fourie was great. This class was amazing and one I can never forget, therefore I would like to say goodbye to all students and I wish you all goodluck for next year !

My dad keeps going on about how he has bought the best Christmas

I went to the movies yes-today and saw a movie called the Enders game it was a good movie but I would of rather seen Thor but it left the cinama 3 weeks ago.
I also saw the Hunger games catching fire and it was pretty cool.
I will keep posting on the blog and I will keep you updated.

End of the year comming closer!

With the end of the year comming closer there are a few things we need to be reminded of.

1. Student Lead Conferences tomorrow night. (10/12)
2. Bike checks on Wednesday. (11/12)
3. Reports go home on Thursday. (12/12)
4. Bike day on Friday. (13/12) - Yip Friday the 13th!!
5. Music Celebration on Friday.
6. Year 8 Ice skating and Mrs Holley's farewell on Monday. (16/12)
7. Games in class on Tuesday and Wednesday.

Year 8 students are aloud to take their blue folders with student information home on Wednesday if they bring a note in. Parents have to give permission for this to happen. High Schools do not require this information.

And sometimes the students work very hard and get very tired!

Never seen before super heroes!

Funny Funtastic face pictures!

Awesome pics I made!

believe it or not!

1) In 2009 on the very top of the Youtube's most voted song was a song called Neon pegasus. Strange enough the song is more for young children being that its about a neon Pegasus but the song is so catchy that you have to put it number 1. (Link below for Neon Pegasus. Please watch.)

2) In the 18th century Thomas Wedders got the record for the worlds longest nose reaching up to 19cm. But it doesn't end there, the same facial features on Thomas Wedders is almost identical to the feature from the village off of Minecraft. Accept Thomas never wore a brown coat.

3) In America during the 1980's lived an unusual women lurked the streets. Her lips had bloated up to an enormous size during her play at the London theatre. From then on her lips grew inch by inch and she died a couple years after her vision faded. Don't leave now because it gets weirder, Even though she was now the most ugliest person in the world she has had more than 3 proposal's. (That mean's she was divorced 2 times!)

4) This photo was published on the web by an anonymous person and spread through the internet like wild fire. No one knows who it is  and why he's holding a shopping bag. The mystery remains...

Please visit  Ripley's believe it or nots blog to see more weird things.

RESEARCH-by Jari

What I have learnt so far.

While I was learning how to draw 3-D i found out it wasn't that easy to learn so then I found a helpful video on youtube

http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=OM9oYcdIJaM

 http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=zgPepQkJZWA

After school at home I already did a lot of drawing and Im getting better and better day by day but still….i have a lot of things to learn before i can draw professional 3-D

And after a while I think I will be able to draw something like this...
